How it works
Plain steps, no surprises.
- Free intro call. We talk through what you want AI to do and whether we are a good fit.
- Written proposal. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price, in writing, before you pay anything.
- The work. Built and tested against your real material, with checkpoints for your approval.
- Handoff. You get the finished deliverable plus the notes showing how it was checked.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card statements show USMRDAV HORNER.
Refunds
If work has not started, you receive a full refund. Once work has started, any refund covers the portion of the work not yet delivered. Send refund requests by email and we will respond within five business days.
Privacy
Documents you share are used only to deliver your project. We do not sell or share your information.
